Levrack UK ships products to:
Mainland England, Scotland, and Wales
Selected UK offshore locations (subject to confirmation and additional charges)
Europe (subject to quotation and customs requirements)
Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands, other remote UK postcodes, and European destinations may be subject to extended lead times and additional shipping costs. These will be quoted prior to order confirmation.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, delivery location, and delivery method.
Due to the size and nature of Levrack systems, shipping is quoted on a per-order basis rather than at a flat rate.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly outlined and agreed before order confirmation.
We are happy to provide no-obligation shipping quotations for any Levrack products.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Standard lead times vary depending on product specification, stock availability, and order volume.
Estimated dispatch times will be confirmed at the point of order acknowledgement.
Please note that lead times provided are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing schedules, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Levrack systems are typically delivered via specialist pallet or freight services due to their size and weight.
Deliveries are usually kerbside unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers must ensure suitable access for delivery vehicles at the delivery address.
If you require a specific delivery method (e.g. timed delivery, site delivery, or restricted access), please inform us in advance so this can be assessed and quoted accordingly.
Delivery does not include installation unless explicitly agreed as part of your order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate equipment and personnel are available to safely unload and move products upon delivery.
Levrack UK can provide guidance on handling and installation requirements upon request.
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to access issues, absence, or incorrect information provided, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
Any re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
All goods must be inspected upon delivery.
Any visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported to Levrack UK within 48 hours of receipt.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to make a claim with the carrier.
Levrack UK can arrange shipping to Europe and other international destinations.
